Krachtige sterke vrouwen in Oost-Indische inkt worden door de autonome autodidact kunstenares Eva Miedema (1984) op het doek vastgelegd. Zowel in materiaal als onderwerpkeuze laat ze zich inspireren door haar Indische roots. Is kunst niet altijd een ware reflectie van onszelf? Eva staat bekend om haar grote vierkante kunstwerken met expressieve verfstreken. Het werken met de donkere permanente inkt is zowel experimenteel als onvoorspelbaar. De kunstwerken worden gecomplimenteerd door dromerige achtergronden en 23 karaats bladgoud. Een combinatie voor een geheel eigen unieke stijl. Wanneer je voor haar kunstwerken staat, kan je niet anders dan je laten raken door de onderliggende emoties en schoonheid.
