Pien (1959) makes colorful and 
often expressive work on (preferably) 
large format canvases. As a nuclear 
medicine doctor she has worked with 
the most beautiful functional images 
of the human body: Molecular Imaging. 
The daily wonder about life and nature 
is her source of inspiration. The 
tranquility in the Atelier de Boshaas 
also gives a pleasant slowness to the 
already much too fast and short 
existence. Color acts like dopamine. 
Art is happiness.
